room was originally the nursery where mother cared for the baby.
Now, it is a genuinely spacious retreat, featuring a king size
bed (or two king sized single beds), high cedar ceilings, chandelier
and kauri pine fire surround. The ensuite is generous in size
with a two person spa. The Mother's Room has access to the east
facing verandah which overlooks part of the garden. |

floor. An LCD TV with DVD player, Austar, CD player, board games and more will keep you entertained. We are licensed and local wines, beer and soft drink can be purchased. Additional to the split system air conditioning is a gas log fire for your winter warmth. |

kitchen which features all the appliances one would expect
in a modern home. An extensive breakfast selection is supplied

The
Garden |

| In
1981 the garden was classified as a Historical Garden of Victoria.
It is dominated by the front carriage turnabout with sweeping
curves. Take a stroll through the many large old trees of architectural
form. These include three Canary Island palms, seven specimens
of Pinus Radiata, two Bunya Bunya pines standing 50 metres apart,
two Norfolk Pines and a splendid English Oak. |

Swimming Pool |

our hot summer days and evenings you are welcome to use the family
pool. The eleven metre in ground fully tiled salt water pool is set
in a landscaped garden. |
